CLASSES AND REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION FORM
Registration for the fall/winter session opens August 23, 2024 at midnight! Please note that class times and days may have changed. Open gym punch cards are also available for purchase.
Fall classes will begin Saturday, September 14, 2024. Pleaase note that early bird pricing ends on September 2, 2024. After this date, pricing for each class will increase by $15.00.

Boys and Girls Ages 3 and 4
Class time consists of a basic introduction to fundamental gymnastics skills as well as an emphasis on locomotor skills, fun and games.
***Gymnasts must be 3-4 years old and toilet trained.***
ALL BOYS
During Fall/Spring Mondays
6:30PM - 8:00PM
Boys ages 5-18
Fundamental gymnastics skills are taught and mastered to prepare for advancement to higher ability levels.
Gymnasts are introduced in beginning levels to all gymnastics equipment and are taught skills that are required for their competition routines. Marching and group calisthenics are taught for performance in the annual exhibition, Sokol Day, and National Slet (competitions).
ALL GIRLS - During Fall/Spring
Ages 5-18
Tuesdays 6:30PM - 8:00PM

Wednesdays 6:30PM - 8:00PM

Adult Gymnastics - During Fall/Spring
Men and Women Ages 18+
Adult class has an emphasis on gymnastics, stretching, marching and calisthenics. Gymnastics is also taught to those who are willing and able for all ability levels, novice through optionals.
Gymnastics Skills Clinics
Skill clinics are opportunities to spend 1-hour focusing on a specialized area of gymnastics. Below is an upcoming schedule of clinics being offered.
